Tim is an English Yoga Instructor, with over 10 years of experience. He has taught in Wild, Here and Flow Yoga in Canberra, and at his established workplace in Surabaya.
He has certification from Yoga Alliance 200hrs and from Byron Yoga centre in Yin teacher 50hrs. Additionally, Tim has trainings in elements of philosophy from Bec Issacs and trauma-informed yoga.
Tim teaches a range of inclusive yoga classes designed to nurture and support beginners and long-term, practitioners alike. His style draws from Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Purna, and Vinyasa.
Tim blends Asana (postural), Pranayama (breathing), and Dhyana (meditation) to foster a balanced yoga practice, empowering students to cultivate their own routines.
In Tim’s hatha classes, lasting about an hour, Tim emphasizes self-awareness and confidence through slow flows and prolonged breaths in each pose. Opening and closing rituals frame varied asana sequences for self-mastery.
